We tried an ERP. Nobody used it.
That is the usual story, and the reason we build one module at a time, in your words, for the phones your staff hold, with the old sheet running alongside until the new screen is faster. In week two we see who uses the screen and who went back to the sheet, and fix that first.
Do we have to leave Tally?
No. Tally stays your accounts. The ERP handles stock, orders, dispatch and collections and sends the entries to Tally.
How long until the first module is live?
It depends on the module and on how clean your data is; the written quote states it. Usually 4 to 6 weeks.
What does it cost?
A fixed quote per module after the audit, in writing on WhatsApp: build, monthly, how long. Monthly support covers hosting, backups, small changes and the person you call.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly?
The system keeps running on hosting in your name. Our support, backups and monthly improvements stop, and we help you export everything. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice; it is written in the quote.
Who owns the data and the system?
You do. Your data is exportable at any time, and the system runs on hosting in your name if you want it.
Does it work outside India?
Yes. Invoicing follows your country’s tax format (VAT with your TRN in the Gulf), and accounts connect to Tally, QuickBooks or Xero, whichever you run.

After the free call you get the price in writing on WhatsApp: setup, monthly, how long. You say yes or no.
The quote states the build price, the monthly support price and the timeline. Payment: half at the start, half when it works on your data. Monthly support is paid monthly and can be cancelled any time with 30 days’ notice.
