The AI Audit is a fixed-price, one-week review for businesses of roughly 5 to 200 people, in India and worldwide. It is not a tax audit. We collect a few documents, hold a call, list how work actually moves through your business, rank the fixes by how soon each pays for itself, and go through a short written report with you. The fee is credited if you build with VV Automate. No decks, no jargon: a list of what to fix first and why.

AI AuditBuilt for youIndia + worldwide

Everyone says “use AI”. Nobody says which part of your day. One week. Your business on one page. The three things to fix first, with what they cost and save, in writing.

Not a tax audit: one week looking at how your business runs, ending in a short written list. You do not need a strategy deck. You need to know which of the forty things your team does by hand is worth fixing this quarter, what it would cost, and what it would save. That is what the week answers.

Illustrative What to fix first.

A table of repeated tasks found in a pharma distributor, ranked by how soon each pays for itself: order entry from WhatsApp, payment reminders, scheme calculations, stock alerts, with hours a month and rank.

Is this you?

  • A consultant sold you a 60-page deck on “digital transformation”. Nothing was built.
  • Your nephew says ChatGPT can do everything. Your accountant says nothing works with Tally.
  • You know three people in the office spend their day copying numbers from one place to another. You do not know which to fix first.
  • A software company quoted ₹12 lakh for an “all-in-one platform”. You wanted the order entry fixed.

How it works

  1. 1

    What we ask for

A short list of questions and the documents you already have: an org chart, a few bills, a few WhatsApp threads, screenshots of your software. Half an hour of your time.

    Illustrative What we ask for.

A checklist of what we ask for: who does what, the tools in use, sample documents, the three things that go wrong most.

  2. 2

    The call

Sixty to ninety minutes with you and the one or two people who run the day. We listen and ask how work actually moves, not how it is supposed to.

    Illustrative Notes from the call.

Call notes: orders arrive as WhatsApp photos of chemist lists; two staff retype them; scheme calculation by hand; reminders when cash is short.

  3. 3

    Your business on one page

Every repeated task, who does it, how often, what breaks, which tool it lives in. Usually thirty to fifty rows.

Illustrative One row per repeated task.

A table of repeated tasks with who, how often, hours a month, where it breaks and which tool holds the data.

  4. 4

Ranked by how soon each pays for itself

For each candidate: hours saved, errors avoided, money recovered, what it would cost to build and run, and how long until it pays for itself. The top three are the plan.

    Illustrative Candidate by candidate.

Three KPI cards: order entry pays back in under two months, reminders under three, scheme calculation in four to six.

  5. 5

The report, and an hour going through it

A short written report you can hand to your partner or your CA, and an hour going through it with you. Build with us, with anyone else, or not at all. If you build with us, the fee is credited.

    Illustrative The report.

Questions

What does the audit cost?

A fixed fee, agreed before we start, credited against the first build if you go ahead with us. ₹25,000 in India, $400 outside India, plus GST where it applies.

How much of my time does it take?

About three hours across the week: the questions, the call, and the hour going through the report.

Will you push me to build with you?

The report is yours either way, and it names what to build, not who should build it. The credit is there so that choosing us does not mean paying twice.

If you find nothing worth automating, do I still pay?

Yes. The report then says so, with the reasons, and you keep the list of what your team does by hand and how long it takes. The fee stays credited against any later build with us.

We are not a tech company. Does it still apply?

The audit is for businesses that are not tech companies. The most valuable automations are usually boring: retyping, reminding, checking, forwarding.

Do you do this remotely?

Yes. Questions and documents on WhatsApp or email, the call on video or phone, the hour with the report the same way. Kolkata businesses can meet in person.
