The assistant reads your documents
Price lists, manuals, policies, past quotations. It answers staff or customer questions with the answer and where it came from. If it does not know, it says so and asks you.

Is this “AI”?
Partly. The assistant uses an AI model to read your documents and write answers; the workflows and tools around it are ordinary software with rules you set. We tell you which is which.
What if the assistant gives a wrong answer?
It shows where every answer came from, says when it does not know, and forwards unknown questions to a person. We review its answers with you in the first weeks and add corrections.
Our documents are a mess.
That is normal. Part of the setup is gathering and cleaning the ten documents that matter. Often that alone is worth it.
Where does our data go?
Your documents stay in your storage. The AI model sees only what it needs to answer a question and does not learn from your data. We put this in writing.
Can you connect to our existing software?
Usually, through its export, its API or its reports. We check this in the audit before quoting.
What does it cost?
From ₹50,000 for the implementation, plus monthly support. A fixed quote after the free call; the AI Audit is the usual first step for larger pieces of work.

The quote states the build price, the monthly support price and the timeline. Payment: half at the start, half when it works on your data. Monthly support is paid monthly and can be cancelled any time with 30 days’ notice.
