Every item is matched to your price list
Your names, your rates, your units. Anything QuoteDesk is not sure about is flagged for you to confirm, never guessed.

Questions
Do I need to change my billing software?
No. QuoteDesk makes the quotation. Tally sync can be added later if you want quotes to flow into your books.
My rates change every week. Will it quote stale prices?
It quotes from the price list you keep. Update one sheet and every quote after that uses the new rate. Items it cannot match with confidence are flagged for you, not guessed.
I give different rates to different customers.
Keep dealer, retailer and project rates as columns in the same sheet; we set QuoteDesk up to quote from the right column for each customer. A one-off rate you change on the quotation before sending.
Which number does my customer see?
Yours. The customer writes to your WhatsApp as always. You forward the list to QuoteDesk and send the quotation back from your own number. QuoteDesk never messages your customer.
Is my price list safe?
Only the person setting up your system sees it. It is not shared with anyone, used only for your quotes, and if you do not go ahead we delete it.
How long does setup take?
About two days once we have your price list.
Can I see it with my own products first?
Yes. Send your price list and visiting card on WhatsApp and we will show you your own system.
If I stop the monthly, does it stop?
QuoteDesk keeps running on hosting in your name; our support and the monthly improvements stop, and we help you export your quotes and price list. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice; it is written in the quote.
What if a customer writes in Bengali or Hindi, or sends a photo?
QuoteDesk reads text and clear photos of lists in English, Bengali and Hindi, and flags anything it cannot read for you to fill in.
Price
QuoteDesk is new. The first three businesses pay
₹15,000 setup + ₹3,000 a month
After that: from ₹25,000 setup + ₹5,000 a month. Prices are plus 18% GST.
Setup in about two days once we have your price list.
The quote states the build price, the monthly support price and the timeline. Payment: half at the start, half when it works on your data. Monthly support is paid monthly and can be cancelled any time with 30 days’ notice.
