Outside IndiaThe Gulf and the UK
VV Automate is in Kolkata. For the Gulf that means we are one and a half to two and a half hours ahead of you; for the UK, four and a half to five and a half. A question at 10 am in Dubai reaches us at 11.30 am, in the middle of our day.
A WhatsApp reminder from Al Noor Building Materials, Sharjah, to a customer: invoice 2210 for AED 18,400 was due on 5 October, with a payment link; the customer replies that it will be paid on Thursday.
Owner-run trading, distribution and services businesses, many of them run by people who grew up with the same WhatsApp-first way of working we build for. Also B2B suppliers and service firms in the UK where late payment is the daily problem.
VV Automate is a Vishwa Vigyan initiative: a small team in Kolkata, India. Write to automate@vishwavigyan.com or message us on WhatsApp; the person who answers stays with you from the first call to the monthly support. The founder’s note is on the home page.
A complete, correct presence on Google, Maps and the directories, checked every month.
Your business described correctly where the AI assistants look, re-checked every month.
Every missed call gets a reply in seconds and turns into a booking or a lead you can call back.
Every enquiry answered fast, the junk set aside, and the serious ones handed to you with a 3-line summary.
Polite reminders that go out on time, replies understood, and who owes what on one screen.
In one week: how your business runs, on one page, and the three things to fix first, with what each costs and saves, in writing.
An ERP built around your business, not the other way round. Start with 2–3 modules and go live one at a time.
Your process, your documents and your rules turned into a system that does the routine and answers the questions.
QuoteDesk, our rate-enquiry-to-quotation system, and TradeDocs are built for India today (GST, Tally, Indian customs). An AED or SAR version of QuoteDesk with VAT and your TRN is configuration rather than a rebuild, but we have not built one yet. If it is what you want first, say so and we will quote it honestly.
Messages, documents and screenshots on WhatsApp. The first call on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or a normal phone line, since WhatsApp calls are blocked on UAE networks. Nothing needs a visit.
QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books and Tally are all common in Gulf businesses; we connect to whichever you use. Invoices, reminders and quotations go out in AED, SAR, QAR or GBP, with VAT and your TRN where they apply. We work in English, Hindi and Bengali; Arabic replies are not offered yet.
The same person from the first call to the monthly support, who knows your setup and your hours.
Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm Kolkata time. That is 8.30 am to 5.30 pm in Dubai and Sharjah, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm in Riyadh and Doha, and 4.30 am to 1.30 pm in London (an hour later in British summer). Sunday is a working day in Saudi Arabia and Qatar; say if you need it covered. Response times are written into your quote.
Bank transfer or Wise, in USD or AED, against an invoice: half when we start, half when it works on your data. Monthly support is paid monthly and stops when you say so, with 30 days’ notice.
Hosting, logins and data are in your name from day one, so you can export everything and hand it to anyone. Support hours and response times are in the written quote, not in a promise.
Custom Systems from $1,500 (about AED 5,500; the dirham is pegged to the dollar), implementation plus monthly support. Everything else is a fixed quote in USD or AED after the free call. The AI Audit is $400, credited against your first build.
A line or a voice note on WhatsApp is enough to start. Free 30-minute call, a fixed quote before any work, and you keep your data.
